Organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) is one of the most important topics in the field of organizational behavior. The competitions between enterprises have being become more and more drastically, so that enterprises can't work smoothly without organizational citizenship behavior. But in china, people don't have this citizenship consciousness and behavior as citizenship. So it has much significance to study organizational. So it has much significance to study citizenship behavior in helping enterprises adapting to new economicorganizational environment.This research, based on previous research, analyses OCB's dimenion through confirmtoty factor analysis and propose OCB's nine factor model. Several statistical methods, such as factor analysis, bivariate analysis, hierarchical regression and SEM, were used to analyse the relationship between OCB and transformational leadership; and introduce psychological empowerment as mediator variable, which explore the indirect effects of psychological empowerment on the OCB. The questionnaire was administered to 168 subjects sampled from companies in Zhejiang and Shanghai. The results indicated that: 1 .Transformational leadership has active influence on psychological empowerment, and psychological empowerment has active influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Different components of transformational leadership had different impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Meaning and competenc of psychological empowerment mediate the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and transformational leadership. 2. Age, sex and education have significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. Industry and the quality of the compony can also cause the difference of organizational citizenship behavior.Although some significant conclusions are drawn from this research, considering the complexity of the paper, the limitations of this study is unavoidable. In the final chapter of the study, limitations of the study are addressed, and future research suggestions are provided.
