The Researches On Chinese Private Enterprises Listed Overseas

More and more Chinese companies listed overseas in the foreign securities market. The research of the overseas IPO rules and theories will be helpful for our Chinese companies to enhance the comprehensive competency of Chinese companies.This paper set out from the theory, taken the international capital market integration theory, microeconomic market structure theory and corporate governance theory as the theoretical foundation, analyzed the status quo of the Chinese private enterprises that listing in the overseas, and pointed out the problems that the listing company faced in the process of listing verseas. I also make a detailed dissertation for the listing way and the risk in the process of listing, and I have taken the examples to illustrate the detailed process of Chinese private enterprises listed overseas, and pointed out the achievement after listed overseas and also let us pay attention to the problems that will face in the future.
