The Strategy Of Developing Non-Profit Science & Technology Intermediary In Huhhot City

Since the end of 20^th century,Non-profit organization has developed rapidly in the world.Especially in the United States,the European Union, Japan and other developed countries,non-profit organizations engage to improve conditions of science-technology,education,training,consultation, which also help people change living conditions who live in poverty.The science and technology intermediary can be viewed as a key element of non-profit organizations.According to various countries' research datas,the science and technology intermediaries are favorable for reducing the transaction costs of information transfer,technology application, management and financing.Compared with developed countries' science and technology intermediaries,we find that there are some insufficiencies in Chinese science and technology intermediary system.These limitations are caused by lack of motivations of research and innovation on science-technology while it is also difficult to convert the scientific and technological achievements into productivities.Therefore,it is difficult for china science and technology intermediaries to generate sufficient services that are also adverse to develop independent innovations.This paper mainly focuses on the development of science and technology intermediary in Huhhot city,meanwhile it detailed represents the current situation of science and technology intermediary system through analyzing the internal factors and external factors.The paper also recommends how to implement the strategic development of science and technology intermediary in Huhhot city,which is combination with successful experiences of mature system.The objects of this paper consist of two aspects;the first one concerns the regulation improvement for non-profit organizations which reflect on enhancing supervision and maintaining trading order in science and technology market.On the other hand,we think that the work procedure, method,concepts and reorganizations of non-profit organization should be improved in order to establish an appropriate operation mechanism and development model.
