A Study On Dongguan SCI-TECH Investment And Guarantee Co., Ltd In The Development Period

High-tech industry has become a focus which our country put more and more emphasis on. While venture capital as the best choice for the investment,has increasingly become a mainstream mode of operation of the capital.Under this circumstances,the Dongguan technology Bureau united several well-known Dongguan enterprises to set up a jointly funded venture capital firm in February of 2004.This is also the only one Investment and Guarantee Corporation which combined mansion government funds and private capital together.This paper takes a Dongguan venture capital and guarantee firm in development period,whose name is Dongguan SCI-TECH Investment and Guarantee co.,ltd(short tile:DSIG)as an example,and analyses its impact on the survival and development of the issues to put forward the solution. First of all, this paper makes a brief introduction to give readers a general idea of this paper's research background, targets, meaning, purpose, content and methods, in order to let readers knows the research direction and the paper structure. Second, the paper analyzes the DSIG company's capital composition, management structure, strategy, culture, business processes, and then uses a BSC,SWOT and BCG methods to analyse the DSIG company, so that readers can understand the basic status quo of the DSIG company. Third, the paper, from both subjective and objective factors, analyzes the impact on the survival and development of the DSIG company's main problem,there are human resources management, financing and business development aspects of this issue, which accurately finds out the cause of the DSIG company's problems. Venture capital firms in China should overcome the negative effect,such as the second board market has not yet been established,and they should spend more time and energy to study countermeasures which relate to the issue of the enterprises'existence and development.
