M&A is the name, which gathers the enterprise merger and the enterprise acquisition. It is one method of enhancing the productivity, promoting two or more enterprises superiority supplementary management, which goal is achieving one kind of scale to suit both sides and realizing to save the cost of both. Since 1978, the western nation has already experienced five big scales enterprise M&A tide. Specially recently several years, the global enterprise M&A activities are unprecedentedly growing. In our country, since the reform and open policy, has had various types of enterprises M&A. Along with our country'Reforms being deeper, the enterprise M&A is booming. One of the most important reason is that the enterprise cultural integration palys a important role. In other words, neglecting the difference of bilateral culture, not solving the cultural conflict properly, or not effectively carrying on the cultural integration, M&A had to go to defeat. The enterprise cultural integration is so important to enhance the M&A enterprises'achievements, win the competition superiority, and realize enterprise's fast development.Firstly, the background and the meaning of the M&A corporate cultural integration are analysed, and the conclusions of scholars are summarized.Secondly, the theory of M&A corporate cultural integration is introduced. We put eyes on the connotation, characteristics and principles of cultural integration.Thirdly, based on the analyse of the cultural difference of two side of M&A corporations, we use a model to discuss the four model of cultural integration.Lastly, based on the analyses of the cultural characteristics of Yongmei group and Yongjun company, we bring forward the model and countermeasures of the cultural integration of Yongjun company.
