With the plastic pipelines'widely using in the market, the plastic-pipe-industry gains a flourishing development that never met before. Now China is holding a balance in plastic production and application in the world, the amount of the domestic manufacturers in this field has achieved more than 5000, meanwhile the applicative field has extended to a great deal of realms such as water supply and drainage in buildings, municipal water supply and drainage, municipal gas conveyance, rural potable water's reconstruction and agriculture irrigation, energy field, chemical industry, medicine, industries and others. Plastic pipelines have been regarded as the city's blood which meets the demands arising in national construction and people's life. The plastic-pipe-industry's definite scale made it the influence. Along with the number of the plastic pipe enterprises increasing fast, and the market supply capability's further enlarging, the market competing becomes sharper and sharper. The plastic pipe enterprises are with different scale, but all of them try their best to extend much more market quotient so as to increase their market occupation. This dissertation takes Hebei Bosoar Pipe Co., Ltd. as research sample, in allusion to the situation of Hebei Bosoar Pipe Co., Ltd's distribution channel, adopting Distribution Channel Management theory, Marketing Management Science as well as some other relative theories to analyze and research its distribution channel management, and based on the analysis, the dissertation aims to improve and recruit the defects of Bosoar's distribution channel management.As to the distribution channel separately, with the changing of the market situation, the segmentation grade and specialty grade that the enterprise faces are becoming higher and higher, that situation has made many firms hardly to suit the changing and developing market.The dissertation begins with the marketing conditions and situations of the corporation, based on the whole industry's development condition and the competing situation, using the Distribution Channel Theory, the theory of Enterprise Lifecycle etc. to make research on the corporation's distribution channel management, so as to finger out the marketing stratagem and the development target the firm expected, which are both adaptive to the enterprise's outer strategic environment. In the distribution management of industrial product, the distribution channel strategic is a important part that impacts on the integer strategic development of the company, further more it influences the profit model and competition level of the enterprise. As important parts of traditional marketing, the building, management and bestir of the firm's distribution channel are revealing more and more important role.With combining the reality of the enterprise and the developing state of channel's competition, the goal of this dissertation is to find out the best distribution channel management mode which is suitable the enterprise's condition ,so as to gain the better position in value chain management competition.
