China economic development keeps high speed increase for more than 20 years which not only makes international status advanced but also coveting giant market for foreign manufacture because of self-construction demand. At same time which make China as a world factory because of lower labor cost! Chinese basic industry is lagged, especially manufacturing and which has made great progress after opening and reform policy, but raw material industry and machinery manufacture still have great gap with foreign peers. There forms great construction and energy demand because of high speed economic increase. Many Euro and US manufactures have occupied China machine market for their high stability and quality before China's WTO entry. Many others manufactures focus one China giant market after China's WTO entry. Crushing technology is the first step for raw material processing and China starts late. China crushing technology occupied low-end market mainly and high-end technology is occupied by high quality and performance foreign crushing technology.Dual roller crusher has dominated position in China open coal mine machine market and this leading position can trace back to one more decade ago. Many open coal mines start building and crushing technology is bottle-neck for high production. But no China manufacturing can satisfied with this market demand, so , dual roller crushing feed it and get fast development because of high stability and production. In quarry field, aggregate demand reach high increase because high demand of construction. Foreign technology gets fast growth also and they built factory later to fit China market.MinPro GmbH is one Germany manufacture and entry China underground coal mine in 2000 by their mother company, DBT GmbH. In fast growing 2005 and they decide to entry China open mining field and they made market survey and think it is better to cut-in market from open coal mine by DBT good reputation in China.This paper starts from competition status in crushing technology and described every field and potential field for application. Then it analyses why they select open coal mine as cut-in: tens years ago. open coal mine starts to build and what is their coal demand? At present, market demand changed a lot and it forms total different market demand. So it brings many people's attention after mobile crusher running in jobsite. Study it from marketing angle, we make analyze customer's demand and match it with crusher's special characters and find value delivery point. Then we concerns value transfer point and quantity it and get concrete value delivery number, it forms customer delivery value model. Except for this model, this paper thinks person is customer delivery value's participator and receiver we should consider person demand satisfaction model. At same time, this filed is narrow and reputation transfer and brand building is a must for market development.This paper's substance is to make better achievement for sales in China market by marketing model from this case study. So, to form business step and confirm value point in every field by core demand study is core job in future market development. To confirm main conflict and measure of core layer, new pattern layer and outer layer according to concrete status is very important also. This paper hope find customer's core conflict and value point by customer visiting and get continuous business development by transfer much value to customer.This paper hopes give a clue of product development for China machine manufacture by running this model repeated.
