As "non-store sales", TV shopping now is developing rapidly .Overseas, the television shopping is mature, this new type of Retailing has already been widely accepted. In China, TV shopping is still disorder and confused situation.This paper starts from the study of the television shopping of consumer purchasing decisions, analysis of China's TV shopping existing problems and to seek China's TV shopping Form of development.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background, present situation and the methods. The second part is about the definition of television shopping, the analysis about TV shopping form evolution and the reasons about the change of TV shopping. The third part is about the research on the TV shopping and consumer interaction. The fourth part is the analysis of TV shopper purchase decision, Then try to construct our country TV shopper purchase decision mode. Based on the above exposition, the paper is in the search of the development of TV shopping.
