The Research On Full Follow-up Auditing Of Transmission Projects

In recent years,with the development of economy in China,Tendency of quicker growth of the transmission projects has never been seen before.The follow-up auditing of transmission projects becomes more and more important for standardization of management and risk controlling of electricity supply companies.This paper starts from the auditing practice,the really researches are on the problems of the auditing of transmission projects.The foundation is the researches on the management theories of the projects and research findings of all over the world.According to the working practice,Many research studies have been carried out on this topic which is about the introduction and improvement of the full follow-up auditing of transmission projects including before,now and after projects.The research improves the corrective actions, which is developing new ideas of auditing,improving the auditing system,building up the auditing strength,strengthening the auditing management,improving the auditing methods,optimizing the auditing flows,tightening up the auditing links.It aims at promoting the standardlization of auditing,reducing the auditing risks,improving the auditing qualities.
