The Research Of Power Grid Enterprises' Cost Management

Power grid enterprises are state-owned enterprises which are the backbone state-owned enterprise that may affect national energy safety and economic lifelines.Now,along with the electric power system reform deepening and supervise system intensification,the cost management in power grid enterprises became the concerns and interests of a specific group, and was hardly to achieve the goals of corporations' development strategies.In this article,we provide three methods of cost management with a relatively comprehensive cost management system.This system can help power grid enterprises to control the cost comprehensively,and we demonstrated the cost control methods with a concrete case.Power grid enterprises should continually improve their management and enhance their competitiveness.In this paper,the research results show that the cost management system can effectively guide the managers of the power grid enterprises to manage the costs and improve administrative capacity.In addition,this cost management system is suitable for application in the power grid enterprise.
