As the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games approach,especially after the 3.14 Lhasa incident and the interference of the Olympic torch relay abroad,the Beijing games will be faced with unprecedented difficulties and problems,.This article first introduced the basic definition,procedures,basic research methods of risk and risk management and the characteristics of Olympic marketing risk.And then,it provided a detailed discussion on the Olympic marketing risks faced by the State Grid Corporation.In this article,such risk evaluation methods as investigation and experts scoring were adopted to analyze occurrence probability of various risk factors and influence of risk factors on management,drawn an Olympic risk mapping matrix and an Olympic risks scale and put forward risk control strategies and risk control plan for the existing problems. |
