A Study On Life Cycle Management Of Fixed Assets Of Grid Companies

The diversified characteristics of fixed assets bring difficulties to the fixed assets management for grid enterprises.The traditional fixed assets management model can hardly meet the need of the new management form in terms of both quality and effectiveness.On the base of the full life cycle management theory,this paper finds the problems in fixed assets management of grid companies and puts forward a complete life cycle management model for fixed assets management in grid companies.What is more,we make technical parameters statistical analysis and costs comparative analysis of substation equipment to specify the applications of life cycle management in grid companies.
