Research On Optimizing Industrial Investment Structure Of Zhenjiang

The growth history of modern economy makes it clear that the industrial investment structure has more important status in many economic structures.From the demand point of view,optimizing industrial investment structure can make the existing human,material and financial resources fully utilized to achieve optimizations of the entire economic structure and industrial structure;optimizing industrial investment structure can effectively improve investment returns and achieve a virtuous circle of economy.From the supply point of view,optimizing industrial investment structure can make limited investment invested more in the development of basic industries and bottlenecks,increase supply,rationally utilize economic resources and achieve the economic growth mode from extensive one to intensive one. Therefore,optimizing industrial investment structure has a very important academic and practical meaning.It determines the rate and benefit of economic growth in a great degree.How to optimizing industrial investment structure of Zhenjiang City by promoting the growth of national economy and optimizing industrial structure has been an urgent problem.On the basis of static and dynamic research,qualitative and quantitative research, as well as the fact of Zhenjiang City,I have looked up and tidied a lot of literatures, and then have probed deep into the theme of industrial investment structure so as to optimize Zhenjiang City's development and speed up the upgrading.First of all,I analysed the industrial structure and industrial investment structure's actual conditions of Zhenjiang City,and then arrived at corresponding conclusions that provided a basis for later study.Secondly,I applied the Grey Theory to research the relationships between structure of industry and industrial investment structure in three periods,and then arrived at countermeasures of the three industuries' investment structure's optimization.Thirdly,I analysed interior secondary industry and tertiary industry investment structure so as to realize the targets of optimizing industrial investment structure of Zhenjiang City.On the one hand,I put forward the valuation system of indices of interior industry investment structure.Two methods, Principal Component Analysis and Relative Potential were exerted to research orderings of industrial investment.And then combined to industries' advantages or disadvantages,I brought forward the measures that should be carried out.On the other hand,I developed qualitative analysis to the interior investment structure of the third industy,and put forward to its progress direction.This article has theoretical and practical significance on optimization of industrial investment structure,the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure and economic development of Zhenjiang City.
