This paper studies the application of Supply Chain Management in GuoHua electric power group.At first,this paper analyzes the current situation of the application of Supply Chain Management in electric power company in and out of China.And then this paper introduces the concept and developing process and the basic theory of the Supply Chain Management.Based on the analysis of current management situation in GuoHua electric power group,the paper put forward the possibility and necessity of the use of Supply Chain Management in GuoHua electric power group.Then this paper builds the function model and business model of Procurement management system,inventory management systems,fuel management systems and supplier collaboration.This work provides a good analysis of the business logic for the development of information systems.At last,a further analysis on the first period of application of the SCM system is done.And then the paper sums up the advantages of the application of SCM and finds out the incomplete function which needs to be gradually improved.And then this paper analyze the developing direction of the SCM apply in electric power group.
