A Research On The Bank Financing Channel And Way Of Taiwan-funded Enterprises In The Mainland

Funding is as important for companies as blood for the human body.Companies will be different on the demand of fund because of their size and other factors.Generally,funds can distinguish between short,medium and long-term.So the pipeline of financing is diversify.To address the problem of capital operation in the business,first start of business investment plans: direct,indirect,either individuals or companies to invest on the mainland;then by the production and marketing Model:orders,production,the capital flow and with different financing policies in cross-strait companies to explore the choice of financing.Funding has always been the key problem that the Taiwan businessmen in mainland have to face and overcome.Good financial planning with appropriate financing is imprortant factors for business success.Subject to cross-strait economic and trade policies or the obstacle of the capital flow.There are many restrictions on the amount of funds for businesses or individuals to invest on the mainland and the amount of funds remitted.Also,there are some newly introduced policy and the international environmental deteriorate.Because their funds chain is even tense,if there are no sufficient funds to cover,they are likely to be forced out of the economy.This study explores the Taiwan business's financing channels and methods from the cases analysis.Finally,conclude the investment structure and modle of the Taiwan business for the choice of financing pipleline and tool to help Taiwan businessmen know the current situation,achieve stability on sources of funding and lower cost of capital in order to create the best value for the company.Different business models have different investment and production and marketing methods, then have different modes of financing,this study analysis 10 cases of the company,study how the Taiwan business obtain working capital through banks in Taiwan,Taiwan's OBU,foreign banks and banks in mainland.Enterprises to invest in the mainland should recognize the investment motivation first,then plan the the best business model,and last combine with the financing pipeline and financing tools.
