The Efficiency Analysis Of Guangzhou's Public Expenditure

Since reform and opening up,the scale and structure of Guangzhou's public expenditure is to change with each passing day,public expenditure's scale is rapid expansion and the structure's degree of public is gradually increase with the economic and social development.In particular after the implementation of the budget management reform,the public expenditure on the scale and structure has an obvious change.So,make a study of the scale,structural change and efficiency of public expenditure is contributed to the understanding of Guangzhou's public expenditure if in harmony with economic development and if it can occur a positive influence after the implementation of the budget management.My dissertation is mainly concerned with the following aspects:The course of development of Guangzhou's public expenditure,the analysis of the evolution of structural,and economic and social effects with Guangzhou's public expenditure, specially use the cluster analysis to compare Guangzhou to the West and China's advanced cities.The study found that the public expenditure has high relevance with the economy growth,in addition,Guangzhou's public expenditure is enormously better than the west's.After the implementation of the budget management,public expenditure's average growth rate began to decline,and the expenditure structure is improve efficiency,but it has still not reached the best level.For the next development stage,Guangzhou should further optimize the structure of public expenditure and continue to expand the scale of expenditure.
