The business of credit card in our country is at breakthrough development nowadays, learning and absorbing the experience in these countries whose credit card business is in mature development (such as the US), and then analyzing, identifying and predicting the credit card consumer behavior mode by scientific and quantitative methods to avoid the credit card risk effectively and guarantee the market of credit card develop healthily, this is a significant study. At first, this paper analyzes the credit card business using economic theory and then makes two Series experiments of credit card. This paper Simulate the behavior of consumers and risk of bank on NetLogo.From the part one we can see that if people not control their action of shopping, they will face with the bankruptcy and at the same time the bank will increase their risk of credit. When the credit limit is 1.897 time of the income witch be used of returning money, the wealth of people will keep stability and bank will earn their interest.We can see the result from part two is that if people control them behavior, the credit risk will keep stability and acceptable on witch bank will increase the credit limit for persons to earn more money.By aforementioned work, we can provide theoretical foundation and practical guidance for accuracy market segmentation in credit card business of banks, and for determine development scale and strategic policies of credit card, and for control the risk of credit card business so well that it can ensure the profitability and lasting development ability of credit card business.Finally according to the analysis, this paper gives some measures to advance the policy of monetary sterilization,including using various monetary policy tools flexibly,developing the treasury bill market and so on.
