This paper mainly studies the capital accumulation theory in Rosa Luxemburg′s writings, reconsiders domestic and foreign research results about this content to carry on uses for reference, seriously grubs up the logic clue of the capital accumulation theory, pays attention to the horizon expansion and the perspective conversion of Rosa Luxemburg in the capital accumulation theory, does some foundational work and research in order to grasp and construct Luxemburg′s capital accumulation theory comprehensively and accurately, provides some theoretical support and scientific instruction for Contemporary China's socialist construction in the globalization process simultaneously.The capital accumulation theory is the most well-known economic theory of Rosa Luxemburg, it's Luxemburg′s original thinking of Marxist economics, it's also her theoretical achievement which explains the imperialism and their contradictions and the conversion of ethnic relations into class relations. The capital accumulation theory, in the center of Marxist theory of reproduction, proposed that capital accumulation cannot be realized in the enclosed environment that only workers and capitalists are involved, emphasized that non-capitalism market is the indispensable factor to resolve the matter of capital accumulation. On the publication of this theory, it has aroused great attention of the contemporary theorist and caused great argument. As a stable Marxist, we should evaluate Luxemburg's theory from historical perspective. It will have a great theoretical and realistic effect on knowing the essence of current international capital and reconsideration of the globalization and the socialist market economy of China.
