| With the housing system reform in China continued to deepen and the rapid development of the real estate market,real estate has become a pillar industry of China's national economy. In the 10-year period between 1998-2007,the national investment in real estate development accounted for the proportion of investment in fixed assets increased to 18.42 percent from 12.72 percent,investment in real estate development in which an average annual increase of 23.19%.The real estate market is typical of regional markets,the real estate industry of the city's economic development has a more important effect.From the perspective of urban economic development,the real estate industry in the role of the urban economy has become increasingly significant,investment in real estate development investment in fixed assets has become the largest city and the most active part of the urban economy,and it also has become a new growth point.Therefore,the relationship between the real estate and urban economic growth is a topic worthy of study.In this paper,the current real estate and urban economic development against the background of the status quo to the real estate and urban economic growth,the basic concepts and related theory,to study the interaction between the two.First of all,through the real estate development and urban economic growth,the mechanism analysis,economic growth in urban environment - dynamic model to explore the impact of urban real estate development-related factors and mechanisms.And then in real estate development and urban economic growth based on the analysis of the mechanism of the interaction between the two separate analyses, analysis of interaction between the two models.Then,the use of 35 large and medium cities in China from 2002 to 2007 real estate investment,housing consumption and GDP data from the city,using Eviews software panel data analysis,measurement of the real estate investment, real estate sales and urban GDP,the interaction coefficient,the eastern,central and western regional differences in analysis.Finally,this article summarizes the main conclusion of the study and pointed out the inadequacies of the study. |
