Mixed model assembly line which has become a useful tool for manufactory to improve flexibility system and the power of competition can make one stream product line produce more kinds of production. In this consequence, a key issue in material distribution problem in assembly line is vehicle routing problem which is a hot and famous problem of operation research, applied mathematics, network analyses, graph theory, computer application and transportation in recent two decades. So that, how to solve material distribution problem in mixed model assembly line is the main content in this paper.In the front of this hierarchy, the status quo at home and abroad of Vehicle Routing Problem is been stated in the first. Three main kinds of objective which are minimize of used vehicle, minimize of total run way and minimize of average waiting time in the problem have been examined in detail. The conclusion that those three objectives reflexes service quality and cost is been put next. After considered more reality in manufacture, fuzzy information has been considered in this problem which makes it more complicated. In that condition, uncertain demand in plant, uncertain transportation time in two plant and fuzzy due time in plant has been considered carefully. Moreover, fuzzy condition constrain model has been established for this solution.On the hand of model solution, the paper has improved traditional hybrid intelligent algorithm. Improved algorithm uses Roulette wheel Heuristic Algorithm to find a feasible way fast for original group of solutions instead of traditional random generation with blind eye. In evolution of group of solutions, the improved one uses the Hamming similar scale to avoid two closed chromosomes crossing in order to find a solution widely. Two choices and two mutations in one evolution have been given out in this improved algorithm. Finally, one example has been given out, in this research, and has reflected that the improved hybrid intelligent algorithm is better than the traditional one, and can be used in practice.In the end, the practice results of JAC's MES material delivery function using those methods are given and discussed.
