Research On Investment And Financing Model Of Different Types Of Joint-venture Railway

Joint-venture railway plays the important position in our country transportation system. After 20 years development of practice, it has made great development. But, the long-term scarcity of capital in the railroad profession has affected the railroad construction speed greatly. The question of the short capital source, the unitary investment main body and financing channel and the blurred Relationship between ownership and the railway companies have greatly restricted China's railway developments.According to The Medium and Long-term Railway Network Plan, a large number of passenger lines and inter-city railways have been in construction. In the context of large-scale railway construction, it is necessary to expand the fund's origin channel and investment diversification and enhance the investing efficiency, which can change the question of the short capital source and the unitary investment main body and financing channel, so as to speed up the railway construction and realize the leap-forward development of joint-venture railways.This paper mainly adopts the method of theory associated with the practice,, classifies the existing joint-venture railways from the view of development of the joint-venture railroad , learning from successful investment and financing model at home and abroad , analyses the suitable investment and financing models for different types of joint-venture railways patterns.The innovation of this paper: mainly utilizes the statistical cluster analysis theory to classify the existing joint-venture railways, selects one representative joint-venture railway's construction operation process as reference, makes a summary of our country's railway financing and investment models.
