As a management methods and advanced management technology, logistics management has been widely considered to be an important source of profits in reducing consumption of goods and materials, and plays an important role in national economic and social development. It is an evolution mode operation to adapt to market development and pursuit of profit. Logistics management involves more aspects and the management of regional, while information processing capability is high. It is belongs to complex systems and has the characteristic of dynamic, exploitation, emergent in aspects of structure, environment and behavior. Complex systems theory provides a non-linear method to solve the complex problem of logistics management.The article first introduced the theory of complex systems in logistics management and research problems, and then introduced some basic knowledge of logistics management, complexity and complex systems. The paper analyzed the features of logistics management and pointed out that logistics management system is a complex system. Finally, the thesis set forth analysis of the complexity of logistics systems based on the principles of fractal concept of logistics systems, and studied fractal logistics management system. The paper preliminary analysis of the similarity of the fractal model of the logistics system, analyzed example of combining data on the logistics of a business system, and draw the fractal element of similarity between logistics system unit.
