And by its flexible operation mechanism and market adaptability become impelling force of the Chinese economic system transforms. In the late 80s until now, small and medium enterprise of our country developed specially rapidly, but is also facing a series of serious questions, simultaneously also has the development opportunity. This article carries on the pretreatment to the data, to eliminate noise and to remove interfering factors., then presented the basic principles of Gray Correlative Analysis, and applies them to affecting factors analysis of small and medium enterprises, finally proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for its development.
