| The Introduction systematically sets up a general framework in evaluating the employment effect of high-technological development. As the links between high technological progress and employment are complex and quite different, the framework plots it from three aspects:the enterprise level, the industry level and the whole national level. The above analyses show that the basic mechanism for high-tech progress to effect employment is through its influence on productivity and demand, while productivity and demand change according to high-tech progress inducing the whole level and composition of employment to change the situations of some institutions, national development strategies,macro-policy environment, population and other factors, play an important role in the mechanism. All the above standpoints and theoretical contents are not ya-to-ta,for which the following three chapters separately provide substantially theoretical and empirical bases,we have separately analyzed their employment effect, from which we draw several disciplines. That is,high technological progress can promote the whole employment level;meanwhile it causes the instability of employment situation and change people's working patterns.Meanwhile, drawing support from the fixed effect model, this paper detects that we have separately analyzed their employment effect, from which we draw several disciplines. That is,high-tech progress can promote the whole employment level;meanwhile it causes the instability of employment situation and change people's working patterns. In addition, employment effects are discussed. This article's conclusion is a beneficial supplement to current situation which lacks a set of reasonable and feasible evaluation criteria to employment effect. As it is the crucial period to harmonize the development of area-economy,the paper's policy implications will be helpful to take practical and feasible measures to achieve sustainable development of economic and employment. |
