Research On Service Industry's Concentration Degree Of The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

The industry cluster can effectively promote the capacity of competition and long-term promotion of the regional economy, for it can take the advantage of the scale of the economy; reduce the charge fees; set brand for the region and practice regional promotion. Such a cluster is adapted for the changing of the market that has effect on study and creation. Therefore, the implementation of industry cluster strategy is not only the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Testing Reforming Area's forward direction of development of the services industry, but also the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Testing Reforming Area's specific requirements of the status quo of the services industry. Last but not the least, the implementation of industry cluster strategy in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Testing Reforming Area is the best choice for its better promotion.This paper, on the basis of the theory of industry cluster, has explored the origin of the service trade industry cluster; displayed the advantage of the cluster and investigated the way for winning in the competition. With the guiding of this theory and using the Gini coefficient, the Herfindahl coefficient and theγfactor, this paper has made a systematic concrete analysis on the assembling level of the Chang-Zhu-Tan Region. At the same time, select the regional economic environment, transaction costs, innovation systems and the impact of demand the four influencing factors and use multiple linear regression model to analyze the influencing factors. At last, it gets the conclusion that:There is assembling phenomenon in the Chang-Zhu-Tan Region, though this phenomenon is not balanced in its development. The extent level of the service industry in Changsha city is far developed from the other two cities. While the service industry in Zhuzhou city is behind Changsha which is lower than the average development of the region. Then, the level of assembling of the service industry in Xiangtan city is the lowest of the three, which displayed a needed promotion.From the above analysis we can see, four factors have different effects on the assembling level of the service industry. Regional economic environment, transaction costs, innovation systems and the impact of demand have significant impact, but their relevancies are positive or negative. Transaction cost's impact is limited. At last, according to the concrete identification, with the guiding of the promotion theory of industry cluster, the nature circumstances and social environment, this paper has given some reasonable suggestions of the geographic arrangement in Chang-Zhu-Tan Region service industry.
