We should seize the chance, promote the strategic status of ocean, make good use of our ocean resources, develop the advantage ocean industry, accelerate the marine economy to develop healthily and continuously ,and decrease the gap between our country and advanced countries.With the development of social progress and the economic development, our nation pay much attention to employment and talented persons, our leaders have mentioned that employment is a strategic problem many times, our party and government should take good care of it. Our employment pressure rises when we have got great achievements on employment, and it shows a complex situation.The marine industry has a bight prospect which spurs economic and social development. The development of marine industry may drive the fast development of the coastal areas, then further prompt the whole national economic development; the development and amplification of the marine industry scale can drive the employment. .How much is the social effects--employment effects during the development of marine industry? So it is very necessary to research marine industry and employment together.
