| In the recent years,the Chinese foreign trade friction condition turns worse further. According to the research paper of World Bank, since joining WTO, anti-dumping, anti-countervailing, and product-specific safeguard measures have already become big problems that Chinese has faced. The impacts on economic development of different trade friction can't be ignored. Therefore, steel iron trade friction on reality consideration and strategy thinking, have important theory meanings and realistic meanings.Firstly, China's iron and steel products now frequently encounter the trade frictions in the world, and the paper on the basis of the literature reviews all the information and analyzes the essential character of the trade friction, and shows that it is uneven the result of the law and is essentially a reflection of a conflict of interest in order to protect the country in the long term. The paper from three angles in micro theories, meso theories and macro theories analyzes the theoretical basis and general rule on which trade friction happened.Secondly, in accordance with China's foreign trade friction effect model, the paper comes to the overall conclusion that their economic effect relationship is always active from both positive and negative aspects of the analysis.Thirdly, the paper shows the internal and external reasons why international trade friction happened frequently in China. And then according to Ralph ? Gomory (Ralph ? Gmoroy) and William ? Baumol (William ? Buamol) model, this paper focuses on the issue that how to explain trade friction. Followed with our economy developing rapidly and the export growing swift, our steel and iron products will become to be the important part in the world market, so the trade friction will be intensified between our country and other trade partners. And then unified the cases the study analyzes the success and failure of our foreign steel and iron trade friction, and specially analyzes the protect clauses, guaranteed provisions to our country steel industry as well as the case of anti-dumping and anti-countervailing in seamless petroleum pipe between Chinese and Canada. Finally, with analyzing the factors of the whole economic strength and interest groups, the article came with some solutions to China's foreign trade conflicts in government, industry and enterprise levels. As the government, it is essential to have the ability of macro-control to draw up the economical policies. As the Iron and steel enterprises, it is important to carry out some measures to united the reorganization, and cope with the relation correctly between the iron and steel industry and the services in order to create a new type of industrialization following with Service, and enhance the corporate brand to gain more space for development. Meanwhile, our enterprises must actively seek to foreign assistance in the negotiations and ask them to set up "adjustment assistance" mechanism in order to weak the impact of trade disputes. From the view of enterprise levels, it is reasonable to regulate the functions of trade organizations as soon as possible, and shift the emphasis to communication, organization and coordination to avoid that over-protection may be weaken the inherent power in enterprises to strengthen their competition.In addition, this paper also analyzes the effect between exporter and importer in big-country models and points out trade frictions in the world are inevitable. the model also with great power analysis, analysis of China's iron and steel trade friction (exporting country) and the economic effects of the importing country, and through its influence factors, pointed out that the iron and steel trade friction is inevitable. It is normal to launch the trade friction to China, and we should remain calm and objective look at this phenomenon which is much more nervous than before. |
