The Study Of The Reasons In Financing Predicament Of The Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In China

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) are the important support of national economy in the development of a country,not only developed countries but also developing countries.Because SMEs play a noticeable role in promoting the science and technology getting ahead,increasing the employment,enlarging the exports and so on.Yet it's a long time for our government to ignore the development of SMEs because their scale is not large and their strength is not strong.The Chinese government begun to pay attention to the development of SMEs from the late of 1990's.Financing difficulty is the largest problem in SMEs' development.Nowadays the research about SMEs financing still needs to be strengthened and deepened.At the present time foreign literatures about SMEs research laid particular stress on the SMEs financing problem of developed countries,which are not suitable for the Chinese situation,and home,literatures laid particular stress on SMEs' financing status and policy recommendations.But if you want to analyze the status and make the policy right you should research into the reasons.This article holds that the crux of the SMEs financing difficulties are caused by many reasons,which can be summed up as:SMEs 'own reasons,the indirect financing system deficiencies,the Government's reasons,and capital markets has no levels.In this paper,the financing difficulties of Chinese SMEs are the goal to study, end in setting up in many forms,multi-level system of financing,smoothing financing channels for SMEs,Analysis and identify the reasons for the financing difficulties of SMEs,and then give our policy recommendations to alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs.This thesis included five parts.Firstly,the thesis summed up the research statement.Secondly,the thesis resolved the theories of SMEs financing,Thirdly, SMEs' financing status and the blocked reasons' analysis of SMEs financing. Fourthly,analysising financing of SMEs'of Huadu District Guangzhou City.Finally, some suggestions that would be useful for smoothing the financing channels of SMEs.
