The financial crisis in the United States have had a great impact on all countries and the influence will continue to expand. This article also uses the methods of summarization and comparison, will be the countries of the securities market of the process of international comparison, sums up the characteristics in common for the guidance of the internationalization of China's securities market.We get the following conclusions through analysis: although the opportunities brought about by the internationalization of the security market also created serious risks, and financial crisis in the United States has brought a serious blow in the security market all over the world, it should not stop the pace of internationalization. Instead we should sum up experiences and lessons from the financial crisis to inspire and strength the effective supervision of the security market and create a good international macro environment. Also we should improve the security market micro environment in order to promote the healthy development and internationalization of the security market.
