Research On External Debt Risk And Controlling In China

External debt is an important external resources.If it is managed and used well, it can make up the lack of capital of China,increase domestic investment, promote employment,introduce the advanced production and management experience from foreign country,and accelerate the economic growth of our country. During the process of the external debt in "borrowing ,using,returning back ", if the borrowing is not scientific,the using of the management is poor,it is likely to lead to have no way to return back the principal and the capital interest and it may become an obstacle to the economic development of our country.As the economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO,the flow of the scale of the international capital become more and more greater,the growing speed of it become more and more quickly,and our country is facing the fact of the increasing risk of external debt.Therefore,the study of China's foreign debt risk, the causes and how to prevent and control the risk of external debt have a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper has four parts:Part1,determines to the research scope of this paper.It includes the comparison between the definition of China's external debt and international external debt, the form and the features of external debt, the definition of external debt risk, the form and the features of external debt risk.Part2,analyses the status quo of China's external debt risk. It includes the data analysis of the scale of China's external debt risk,structural risks of China's external debt, dynamic risk of China's external debt, the hidden risks of China's external debt and the discussing of the concrete manifestation of the risk of external debt in China.Part3,analyses the causes of China's external debt risk. It includes the causes of the scale of China's external debt risk,the specific analysis of the international commercial loans growing whose cost is high ,the analysis of the deficiencies of China's external debt management system.Part4,gives the policy recommendations of China to prevent and control external risks.It includes the optimization of the structure of China's external debt,the recommendations of strengthening supervision and efficiency of the use of external debt,the recommendations of improving China's external debt management and risk control system.
