Brand extension is an important component of the brand management and the development of brand equity.It is the Marketing Strategy and tool that is applied in a wide range of marketing.Brand extension now is a prevalent band marketing strategy. How can we successfully carry out brand extension? What is the impact the enterprise cross-brand extension has to the customer satisfaction? This is what we need to think about the issue of.According to a survey of consumers of CCB,from the psychological point of view of consumers,we have analysis the effectiveness of brand extension.Along with the arrival of "Brand Economical Time',the brand has been getting more and more focus from the enterprises and consumers.The consumer's brand expense consciousness is getting strengthening,and the require of the brand is getting more and more.Brand has been the focus and effective instrument of the competition. The enterprises also hopes gains a higher income through the successful brand operation.On the other hand,with the technical progress,the Products' life cycle is reducing day by day;keen competition also causes the enterprises harder and dangerous to construct a new brand.In this kind of situation the brand extension has provided a very good choice for the enterprises.Through brand extension,the enterprises might realize the multiplication of the service,evade the problem of difficult to be received by the consumer in the short time and the huge cost of establish a new brand.Moreover,through brand extension,the brand property value can be raised.The advantages of brand extension make many enterprises carry out it. The enterprises also have very successfully cases in the brand extension.
