Study On Enterprisers Motivation And Restriction Mechanism Of Media Listed Companies

Media Listed Companies, as the new force in media industry, are increasingly required to establish the modern corporation governance mechanism to cope with the development and competition. The sixty-four-dollar question of media listed companies is to solve the Balance of Powers and Distribution of Interests, which include supervision, implement and control. The mechanism of enterprisers' motivation and restriction is the key to safeguard the interests of shareholders and realize the sustainable development.At present, there are many problems root in the enterprisers' motivation and restriction mechanism, such as deficient selection mechanism, inhospitable diligence awareness among enterprisers, frustrated investment, weak effects of motivation and restriction to enterprisers, irrational ownership structure, etc.On the condition of media corporation modernization and standardization, this paper studied the special characteristics and attribute of China media industry, and analyzed the existing problems, business model and solutions of media enterprisers motivation and restriction on the basis of Media Economics, Principal-agent Theory, Corporation Governance, Qualitative analysis method and Quantitative analysis method.The innovational points mainly list as follow: 1. This paper developed the Enterprisers Motivation and Restriction Model (EMRM); 2. This paper developed the Principal-agent Model of media listed companies; 3. This paper analyzed the enterprisers motivation and restriction mechanism from the financial perspective; 4. This paper selected the 2007 financial reports of media listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as the data sources. 5. This paper introduced the EVA Model into the Enterprisers Evaluation System.
