The Research On Construction Of Legal Risk Management Of Power Grid Enterprises

The electricity system reform has entered into a crucial stage with China's market economic system has kept on improvement.In the process of the transformation of the social and economic transformation,the power grid enterprises,under the market economy system are facing a series of unprecedented pressures,challenges and risks,some of which have resulted in significant legal disputes,for which the power grid enterprises,therefore,have paid a painful price.It becomes increasingly important to prevent,control,properly resolve the legal risks,and make a major effort to prevent legal disputes.Based on production and operation management of power grids in practice in recent years and all kinds of legal disputes encountered by enterprises,this paper will focus on the legal environment,the specific to the power grid enterprises and the main types of legal risk and the causes,list the basic ideas of constructing management system of legal risks.The target of the paper is to promote enterprises to establish the legal risk management system as soon as possible,in order to achieve effective management and control legal risks,to minimize and avoid legal risks.
