Based on risk control system of security financing business in west mature stock market,risk control system of security financing business to measure of AnXin was designed in this paper according to AnXin stock lobber actual situation and inner control methods.A series of measure to mitigate risks was proposed in this paper,such as risk of business scale brought by security financing business,liquidity risk triggered by unmanageable business scale of credit transaction,client credit risk,risk of fund loss attributed to improper operation of management service,risk of stock price volatility caused by manipulation of stock-market and so on.Meanwhile,a process is designed for stock lobber to prevent risk of security financing business by using hedging function of stock index future.
