A Analysis On Plan For Logistic Project Of Anhui Electric Power Corporation

With fast economic development,more projects of transmission and exchange have been established for Anhui Grid,and consequently incurred more work of production and maintenance.In recent years,materials of 6 billion yuan are needed every year.Anhui Electricity Power Corporation is faced with big challenge and pressure in carrying out the State Grid principles of corporative operation,lean-development and detailed-management. Without innovation of current material management model,the coordinated development of Anhui electricity grid will be limited.Therefore,logistic project for Anhui electricity has become the most urgent work.In this paper,the author made an analysis of the current state of domestic and overseas logistic research,gave an account of the situation and shortcomings of logistic management of State Grid and Anhui Grid.Through analyzing company cases and modern logistics theories, the author tried to give suggestion on innovation of organization structure,material purchasing,storage & distribution system as well as information system.The final aim is to build Anhui electricity logistic project with less procedures,low cost and high efficiency. With the establishment of an efficient logistic project,Anhui Grid could better ensure the material supply for its power grid construction,innovation and production,cut operational cost and enhance logistic management and service standard.
