Executive power has become one of the best popular terms in the global since the 21st Century,and many enterprises regard executive power as the best mean of improving the competitiveness.Executive power can be analyzed from the view of individual executive power and organization executive power.Many people have realized the relationship of individual executive power and organization executive power.However,the recent research about executive power is still superficial and some viewpoints about the relationship are even contradictive, which restrict the improvement of the executive power.And the writer thinks that the research about this relationship of individual executive power and organization executive power can provide some new approaches of improving executive power.Therefore this paper tries to seek these approaches from this point of view in order to promote the executive power.And the writer does the more research according to the example of the Jiangmen Tobacco Monopoly Administration.This paper includes eight sections.In the first section,the writer summarizes the meaning and the status of the relevant research.The second section introduces the concepts of execution, executive power,individual executive power and organization executive power.In the next section,the effects of individual executive power and organization executive power are analyzed on the foundation of current research.The next section pays much attention to the effect of executive power and from this layer analyzes the relationship of individual executive power and organization executive power.According to this relationship,the paper tries to put forward some suggestions to improve the executive power in the fifth section.In the next part the paper discusses the individual executive power,the organization executive power and their relationship of the Jiangmen Tobacco Monopoly Administration.The last part is the brief summarization of the whole paper.This paper concludes that the individual executive power can affect but can not decide the organization executive power.Correspondingly,the organization executive power will counteract the individual executive power.Furthermore,the individual executive power and the organization executive power are interdependent.In the end,the writer gives three suggestions to improve executive power,which are improving the individual and holistic executive skills, shaping the executive culture and establishing the executive system.
