Over the Past 10 years,the emergence and the rapid growth of the economy hotel in China have aroused widespread concern.Unlike the market positioning and Positioning and Price of high-grade hotel,the economy hotel has a huge number faces to the Public,and gets the market recognition for its affordable prices and clean, comfortable residential services.At the same time,how to achieve a healthy and steady growth of economy hotel in China has become a problem which needs to be studied and solved urgently.7 Days Inn becomes the fast development during three years,its high speed development has caused general attention.This paper 7 Days Inn as an example, obtains from the enterprise business model,union basic theories of economy hotel's concept,classification and characteristic,through to research on the development situation and business model of 7 Days Inn,draws the following conclusion:1.7 Days Inn's Business Model:"Multi-region and core city No.1" pattern to open store;"Direct distributor store + Management of direct distributor store" expansion pattern;"Member system + Electronic commerce" marketing pattern;"IT + Low cost + Flattening" management pattern;"Customer participation" service pattern.2.7 Days Inn's fast growth and the high speed development,benefit of its business model:The innovation pattern to open store,forms the region first and the brand superimposition influence;Expansion pattern,maintained its shop fast growth;Remarkable management pattern, both reflects in the low price aspect,and caused the customer to enjoy the convenient service; Also raised the working efficiency,has realized the organization system and the structure innovation,promoted enterprise's competitive power;The powerful member system marketing pattern,pays great attention to the customer loyalty,and can take the brand as the link,and develop the market positively;Different service and flow,has met the customer community's need and the benefit,these are key aspect,of "7 days" to realize the high speed development essential condition,and maintenance long-time competitive advantage.Through the above analysis,according to the core competitiveness theory,the author thought that the7 Days Inn's core competitiveness lies in to the effective cost control ability,the member system and the electronic commerce platform,the service quality.3.To the chain-like economy hotel,soft,based on management core function is very important.Through the above analysis,this paper further proposed that the chain-like economy hotel wish continues maintains the fast growth,must carry on the innovation to the business model from the product,service,human resources management, marketing and so on.Must pay attention to strengthens the cost control and the brand construction,chooses the suitable financing and the expansion way.
