With the rapid development of the network,the online shopping hinging on the network grows fast in the frame of national and global, as a new type of consumption patterns. More and more people get more attention on the Online shopping industry. At the same time, the research about network or online-shopping increase quickly, and plenty of research methods and different perspectives of the research has also been applied on every aspect of the online shopping. For example, the qualitative research of the prevention on the online shopping risk, or the quality of online shopping electronic services, and so on.In this paper, the starting point is the online shopping rearch, and the main concerns which we pay attention to in this article are the entire questionnaire design process and the statistical analysises which are applied to the findings. Through the description about the design of investigations, the exploratory survey, the design of survey target and the data collection process, we discuss the online shopping market research and the statistical analysis methodology of the market findings. To a deeper level, this paper spread the analysis results of statistical findings into the management significance and the statistical significance. The other target we want to achieve is to provide the online shopping enterprises the reference material about the market research.
