The enterprise is the basic unit of national economy. However, the corporate culture is most important factor in the development of enterprise for it is a part of social culture and usually embodies the social culture directly. According to China's reality, the theory about how to develop the corporate culture with Chinese characteristics should be firstly explored and studied, which has a great significance in improving the administration of enterprises, developing our national economy and even advancing the culture of the whole society.In the new global economy, more and more multinational corporations entered China. The business mode of these corporations is changing from joint ventures or cooperative enterprises to the enterprises of wholly foreign-owned by increasing endowment. The change of development strategy of multinational corporations in China will bring tremendous opportunities and new challenges to the Chinese corporation.This paper makes analysis of enterprise culture of U.S.A, offers that corporate culture is the core competitiveness of the enterprise and put forward for learning and consideration of Chinese characteristic corporate culture.The paper makes a comparative analysis of the competitive advantages of wholly foreign-owned enterprises in China from the culture perspective. The paper probes deeply into the practical issues of corporate cultural construction, makes a positivist analysis of and modes researches into the values of corporate culture, corporate cultural competitiveness, the internalization of corporate culture, the relation between corporate culture and business achievements, designs and studies the goal patterns and feasible methods to implement corporate cultural and business achievements, designs and studies the goal patterns and feasible methods to implement corporate cultural strategy and promote corporate cultural competitive capacity. All those would be of guiding significance in furthering the study of corporate culture and improving corporate cultural construction.There are many concepts, theories, and issues about corporate culture from domestic and oversea in recent years. But it is rare to combine cultural factors with management function for discussing the corporate culture of wholly-foreign owned enterprises in China. The purpose of dissertation is to bring about same concrete methods to promote China's sustainable development.
