The Research Of Honesty Of Information Disclosure Of Listed Companies

Honest information disclosure regulations are the guaranty of healthy development of the stock market.The development of Chinese stock market is rapid,but its start was very late.There are many irregularities and imperfections in the management system of information disclosure,which is an obstacle of the further development of securities market.This article is based on the background and discuss the issue from the characteristics of the honesty of information disclosure.Standards of honest information disclosure should make the financial information disclosed have the four aspects of the quality characteristics.They are integrity of information,authenticity of data,timely of time,norm of form.I will analyse the status quo of honesty of listed companies and use the Binary Logistic to empirically study the reasons,then discuss the root causes of inhonesty leading to information disclosure of listed companies around these four characteristics.Furthermore.I will propose the establishment of integrity mechanism of information disclosure of listed companies for the problems of listed companies in China and the capital market,and provide theoretical basis and method reference in order to enhance honesty of information disclosure of listed companies and the healthy and orderly development of capital market.
