The Strategies Research On Promoting The Development And Utilization Of Solar Energy In Shandong Province

The issues of energy crisis and environmental pollution become more and more serious in the world.As a renewable energy that can be recycled,solar energy gradually highlights its advantages of clean and no pollution.The policies at home and abroad on promoting solar energy development and utilization have made achievements. In this paper,the economic analysis has been made with the tool of dynamic cost - benefit analysis and the theory of price elasticity of demand.The results of the analysis is that there is good development prospects and market potential for solar energy industry in China,and solar energy is an effective way to ease energy crisis,reduce environmental pollution,save energy and develop recycling economy.In this paper,an investigation has been made of the development and utilization status of solar energy in Shandong Province.Shandong Province is rich in solar energy resource.The scale and competitiveness of solar water heater production are located in the forefront of the various provinces and cities of the nation.But the photovoltaic industry is still in its infancy,photovoltaic industry chain has yet to be perfect.Research and development lag,lack of effective government incentive policies,legal protection and outreach to the public are the existence major problems.On this basis,this paper argues that the future of solar energy industry in Shandong Province should enforce the integration of solar energy and construction,the industrialization of solar energy companies,cluster development and accelerate the development and utilization of solar energy in rural development,accordingly with the development of effective solar energy strategy with inter-provincial characteristics. Recommendations in Shandong Province,according to the utilization of the resources and problems,are from the level of Government's macroeconomic policy,technology research and development,legal protection and public awareness,combined with the use of government macro-control means of subsidies and economic incentives,at the same time strengthen the legal and public education,which to promote the comprehensive development and utilization of solar energy industry in Shandong Province.
