The Study On Tourism Economic Contribution In Heilongjiang Province

Studying the role and status of the tourism economy in the national economy has been a hot issue, but also a difficult problem. How to accurately calculate a region's influence of the tourism economy, and define the status of tourism industry, which are catching the attention of economists. The tourism economic contribution is the important standard of weighting the tourism's industrial status in the national economy. Scientifily, objectively assessing the tourism economic contribution, defining the industrial status and the role of tourism industry clearly, which provide the basis for the tourist regions and country developing their tourism resources and formulating the development policy of the tourism industry, simultaneously are also advantageous to promoting tourism's development in the regional whole coordination.Through analysing a large number of information, and on the basis of collating relevant studies of tourism economic contribution at home and abroad, firstly, the paper introduced the tourism resource talent and the developing status of tourism resources in Heilongjiang Province, and at the same time the paper introduced the situations of inbound tourism and domestic tourism in the Heilongjiang Province, and analysed the existing problems of the Tourism's development in Heilongjiang Province. Secondly, this paper used specific measure methods of the tourism economic contribution, and evaluated the direct and indirect contribution to the GDP of tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province, the obtaining foreign exchange effect of the tourism industry, the employment contribution of the tourism industry, the associated analysis of tourism and related industries. Finally, according to the earlier studies and unifying the previous research, this article proposed the countermeasures of expanding the tourism economic effects in Heilongjiang Province. The countermeasures included improving the overall economy scale, increasing tourism consumption in Heilongjiang Province, strengthening the development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province, enhancing the connection degree between tourism and the overall economy in Heilongjiang Province.
