The sharp competitive market challenges the manufacturers aware of the importance of"distributer-centered". And what's more, the manufacturers must deepen and better the realtionship between their dealers and themselves, meantime they have to improve the dealers in many aspects. And they must sort the dealers carefully and take the Difference Policy for sales. Thus, they just can ensure the dealers'achivements and the profit results in the cooperation between them.The efficient management of distributors can bring the manufacturers remarkable reward and it is not profit only but also the bigger market share and more competitive product. It is the key for manufacturer to get more assurance from the higher dealers'loyality and the good measure to gain high profit. So the resources reorganization of distributors-centered would be the advantage and best solution when the market competition gets sharper and sharper. The policy can assist the manufacturer to allocate time, money and resources more scientifically.This essay, based on the management stretegies of the distributors of national fast consumers enterprises, is to solve the following problems:firstly,how enterprises make the management policies and strategies for distributors management;secondly,how enterprises establish the anti-goods confusion system;thirdly,how enterprises find new distributors;forthly,how to keep their distributors system good and sound at present.This essay firstly analyses the problems and situation in the procession of the dealers management and recommand the research on the problems in China. Secondly, this essay shows how the manufacturer set down their distributors management policy. And it analyses the reasons of Goods Confusion and the solutions. It calls on the associates to get rid of such disturbance in the market when the manufacturer is getting stronger. Then, it states the methods to get more high-quality and loyal distributors so as to break through in this aspect. Finally, this essay has studied the way to maintain their distributors so that to let the manufactrer to gain more profit and customers in the constant competition for laying an solid foundation for their later input new products into the market .
