Research To The Management Of Chinese Railway Fund

With the bringing forward of saltant railway development strategy,how to use the railway fund more effectively and cheaply is the key point to increase benefit.This article use Money management theory and Internal-control theory to analyze the active mode and then give out advice to perfect the management of railway fund in the process of income,outlay and construction.Furthermore,it gives out suggestions in the information construction and intendance measure.The first part of this article is the background and research aim;the second part is dead against the active management mode of Chinese railway fund and analyzes the problems and reasons which exist in the active mode;the second part tells theories which have something to do with the following research;the forth part bring forward suggestions for the active management mode of Chinese railway fund according to the problems,at the same time,emphasizes that information construction and intendance measure is very important;the last part is the conclusion.
