Research On Zhejiang's Industrial Migration And Its Industrial Structure Adjustment

First of all,this paper introduces some theories related with the industrial migration and industrial structure. Those theories include labor-intensive industries'migration theory, core and periphery theory, flight formation of geese theory, life cycle theory, marginal industry theory, and industry grads transfer theory, eclectic paradigm of international production, Petty-Clark's law, Kuznets's per capita income determinism, Rostow's leading industry transfer principle, Chenery's industrialization stage theory and Hoffmann's law.After that, the author starts to discuss the present status of Zhejiang's industrial structure and points out its problem and the direction of adjustment laying the foundation of this paper. Zhejiang's industrial structure is inharmonious with its economic development. Zhejiang has entered in middle stage of industrialization, but the industrial structure is light-duty and the tertiary-industry is slowly-developed. This in-harmony is bad to Zhejiang's economy. We have to adjust the industrial structure. The direction of adjustment will be pluralism. As developing labor-intensive industry, we could transfer the traditional industry into labor-technique-intensive industry and labor-knowledge-intensive industry.Then the author goes to analyze the influence of industrial migration on industrial structure theoretically and practically. The ancient practice has proved that industrial migration has positive and negative impact on industrial structure. But till now, there doesn't appear the problem of deindustrialization. The government encourages the enterprises to invest back and jump out Zhejiang to develop Zhejiang. Industrial migration is positive to Zhejiang's development in long term.Last but not least, the author analyzes the current situation of Zhejiang's industrial migration from two sides of industrial composition and regional composition, and points out its contents and problems. Zhejiang transfers mainly in labor-intensive industry. The migration's distribution tends to toward the East, West, North, like"three arrows". Delta region of Yangtze River is the densest invest region, among it Shanghai is the leading. Zhejiang businessman is the biggest business faction in China.Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions.
