| Forest are the very important asset for human beings,so how to solve forestry investment and financing problem was going to be the important issue researched by forestry investment and financing has very important meaning nowadays.In this paper,the issue of forestry investment and financing as the background of the forestry asset securitization were systematically studied.From the status,characteristics,and the development of investment needs of forestry,based on market economy,and to study how the use of financial derivatives from asset securitization to raise capital in the forestry building.This article first introduced the concept of Asset-Backed Securitization,and studied the asset securitization financing of the operation of the analysis of asset securitization financing and traditional financing model of the distinction,as well as the introduction of the current Asset-Backed Securitization has been the development in our country.Asset-Backed Securitization and financing of forestry in China to analyze the feasibility of the application,from the forestry industry's own characteristics(i.e.,the characteristics of forestry projects and the characteristics of forest resources assets) from a possible conclusion,and introduced a similar current forestry asset securitization attempt.In this paper and then try to built a Forestry Asset-Backed Securitization financing model,and then come to the conclusion that the establishment of Forestry(Office) funded wholly state-owned companies and the trust model of the special purpose vehicle is the trust of the special purpose vehicle is the Forestry reasonable choice.This article also followed a mixed strategy Nash equilibrium is derived forestry assets to pool the risk of asset allocation preferences.Finally,the Government of the forestry asset securitization views of policy:the Government's forestry asset securitization policy support should be given as soon as possible,improve the relevant laws and tax regulations and accounting policies. |
