Nowdays, the relationship between Market-oriented organizational culture and corporate performance has become the hot pot of the academic and practical research. For the current academic research, the relationship between the market-oriented organizational culture and corporate performance is not consistent with the conclusion of the study: Some scholars have found that significant and positive relationship exists between the market-oriented organizational culture and corporate performance, But some other scholars find that there is extremely weak and even no linkage between these two things. With the inconsistent findings, some scholars brought out some intermediary effects that exists in the variables of market-oriented organizational culture and business performances, but the research in this area is relatively limited, the mechanism system how market-oriented organizational culture affects business performance is still unclear, so we need further study.Against this background, by carding the study of literature research, and interviewing business executives, we build an impact model of market-oriented organization and enterprise performance. In this paper, on the basis of the related literature research analysis and interviews, the questionnaire is designed by the norms with the study variables for the context of China's enterprises, and we do the empirical research for the theoretical model. Empirical research has shown that the path of market-oriented organizational culture - support system - a market-oriented behavior - Market performance - financial performance, tests that market-oriented organizational culture has an indirectly impact on business performance only by support systems and market-oriented behavior.According to the conclusions of this study, this paper presents recommendations of the management, the enterprises should be the real market-oriented, not only to build a kind of market-oriented organizational culture, shared value, staff training, concern about human resources systems of the market, but also to focus on the business performance effectively enhanced activities such as information collection, information dissemination, response design and implementation.
