In 21st century, with the rapid development of technology and global economic integration, many industrys are confronted with a fierce competitive maketeplace besides the Third Party Logistics enterprises. The overseas companies swarm into China, the logistics enterpises face intensive competive situation after the logistics open to the outside world gradually when entering the WTO. The TPL is a newcome service industry with the main demand of offering the satisfied individual logistics service to the customers at the right place and in the right time.Thus, customer loyalty strategy must be implemented in the logistics enterprises in order to maintain and create profits, through setting up their own customer loyalty assessment systems to find out the customer loyalty.Based on the following theory of study background,current situation and development trends of customer loyalty research at home and abroad, combining the characteristics of the TPL enterprises in China, the influencing factors of the TPL customer loyalty are analysed in the thesis, and then assessment indicators system are constructed according to different factors. At the same time, a model based on the PLS-structure equation is constructed according to the nature of the latent variable which can not direct assessment between the customer loyalty and its influence factors, and integrating the respective characteristics of partial least squares method ,the structure equation model and the YHR model, exhaustive fitting analysis and statistical test are carried on through using recursion iteration method to the application model. And combined the specific details of path coefficient and factor load coefficient, the main factors which influence the TPL enterprises were analysed. At last, taking CS for example, empirical were used to explain the scientifics and feasibility of the theory and method.The main purpose of the thesis is to provide corresponding theoretical guidance or reference for the customer loyalty assessment of the TPL enterprises in our country, thus increasing the international competive capacity of the TPL enterprises in our country.
