With the continuous progress of science and technology, the contributions that human capital made to economic development is increasing. To some extent, human capital is a decisive factor to a country's economic growth and an enterprise's development in competitiveness. Whether an enterprise can get a sustainable development in the fierce competition environment, not only requires strong financial and material resources, but more importantly requires a large number of high-level professionals. The ownership and management is separate in modern enterprise, the managers who have special wisdom can bring a higher enterprise's financial performance. The owners must give the managers a reasonable amount of wages, and a certain amount of incentive measures to encourage managers in order to retain talent. How to measure the contribution that the managers to the enterprise , how to formulate the enterprise incentive systems and how much the salary pay to the managers, that requires the performance appraisement of entrepreneur managers' human capital. In this paper, we set a system to evaluate the performance appraisement of entrepreneur managers' human capital.This paper construct a performance appraisement index system of entrepreneur managers' human capital on foundation of four theories and the analysis the status quo of performance appraisement of entrepreneur managers' human capital. Then give a clear standard to evaluate various indexes, and use gray relational analysis method to establish the model of performance appraisement of entrepreneur managers' human capital. Finally, use an operator of Huawei Technologies as an example to apply the evaluation system, evaluate and analysis the performance of its human capital to as the basis of Huawei's employee stock ownership plan.
