A Research On The Mechanism And Measuring Model Of Sustainable Financial Growth Based On Financial Risk

Entering into the 21st century, in order to realize sustainable development of the state economy, as the economic society's microscopic main body, enterprises have to obtain continuous competitive advantage so as to realize financial sustainable growth. Sustainable financial growth model is a powerful tool for enterprise strategic management and financial analysis, and it plays an important guiding role to get rid of growth speed dilemma and realize stable and sustainable development.This paper studies financial sustainable growth based on relative financial sustainable growth theory and financial risk measure theory, presents the formation mechanism of financial sustainable growth by logic relationship of financial management factors, and constructs the sustainable financial growth model based on financial risk by quantitative analysis method. Firstly, the paper analyzes the background of this research, develops the research status quo of the flexibility and the application theory home and aboard and summarizes the research thought, research methods and the innovation; then analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of sustainable financial growth, presents the formation mechanism of financial sustainable growth by logic relationship of financial management factors. This paper constructs the sustainable financial growth model based on financial risk by quantitative analysis method and makes empirical test for validity of the model, it aims at enriching financial growth management theory and enhancing the application value of sustainable financial growth model. Finally, the paper researches ways to improve sustainable financial growth management including establishing harmonious financial idea, optimizing resource distribution, improving financial core competence and strengthening cash flow management. The financial sustainable growth management is important for an enterprise to adapt to the changing environment, build the core competition ability and realize the financial sustainable growth.
